The only place I know to get them is Cutter Electronics. Their shipping is pretty high, unless you order big $.

If I remember correctly they were sold to me as being 3 amp, but actually only output like 1-2 ish. There is a sense resistor you can stack chips on, but they really only perform at a decent current if your near to top end of the voltage range. Basically 2 li-ion with a 3v led.

fonfan I put 2 of the buck drivers in your package. One is new and the other is one I used for testing, it has some extra sense resistors already added to it.
