CRX Concept II - Carbon Fibre Extendable COB Lantern

CRX Extendable COB Lantern

I bought some 3v warm white COB LED's a while ago and finally had an idea what to do with them.

I made this little carbon fibre extendable lantern with variable brightness using an adjustable pot on top and a clicky switch on the bottom for on/ off.

Made from 20mm carbon fibre square tube, polycarbnate and brass tube, powered by a 10440 cell.

Length - 82mm/ 127mm open
Width - 20mm
Weight - 55gCRX Extendable COB Lantern

What the hell do you ever sleep?

I just have mod projects piling up and can’t even get an integrating sphere set up properly

My gratitude to those who are willing and able to help others (in whatever way you can)! Being human is more than just existing for yourself. Smile

This is not a light, it is a piece of art.

That’s a really nice build. I want one of these. This one needs a parts list.
