26650 In-light Charging Thrower

A friend is seeking a long-range thrower with 26650 and in-light charging with constant regulation. Please provide a list of any pocketable mid to long-range throwers with in-light charging. Price is not so much a factor as is size.

So far, I am juggling, the GT Mini, Lumintop ODL2C, and the Catapult V6. What am I missing?

Thanks.

Note: Neutral white is best for emitter color.

The GT doesn’t meet any of your specs, is it really in contention with the other 2 mentioned?

RIP  SPC Joey Riley, KIA 11/24/14. Now I am become death, the destroyer of worlds.

I am just seeing that. So, yes, with the other two (unless you know of others).

The Lumintop looks to be thrower, no?

ODL2C and V6 have those qualities, although I haven’t seen any examples of flat regulation on the former, though I have the latter.

The tradeoff is larger size gives slightly better throw and better heat sinking vs smaller size giving better portability.

Convoy L2 doesn’t have in-light charging.
Emisar is too small and not a thrower.
The Utorch steps down.
The lumintop I am leaning toward.
Possibly the V6.

The Catapult V6 is a good choice if you need usb charging. It lives up to it’s claimed 750 meters throw.

Edit additional info: It also comes with a battery included which is a nice bonus. You can buy it here in the US for quick delivery.

If you don’t like what it looks like on the wall, take it outside.

Amutorch JM70
Imalent DN35
Haikelite SC01
Maeerxu M8 (the black one with ramping in NW)
Maeerxu M8 (the green one does NOT have ramping)
Eagle Eye X7R (not as throwy but still nice IMO)
Klarus G20L (not as throwy but still nice IMO)

Did someone say it is neutral white, too?

What is the BLF code for this?

Nitecore R40 can charge through a wireles charging base or through a micro USB cable.
~500m throw.

Freeme has a code here – http://budgetlightforum.com/node/56956

and if you PM M4DM4X ( https://m4dm4x.com/m4d-m4x-deals/ ) he has a code too.

The original black version had the ramping with the NW similar to the BLF GT at the time I bought mine

NOTE Both the Black and Green version just say XPL Hi and do not mention a tint. My green version is very CW

The V6 is a great light, I feel for its size it has great throw. I like that you can also use it on low modes while charging, and the price is good considering it comes with a cell.

Nor does the D4s, for the record.

Are you sure man? I press and hold button and it does ramp from low to high. High to low.

You are correct, I should have said “stepless” ramping
