Ah, I remember these… did you ever get the switch problems sorted out?
I was actually gonna pull the trigger on these a while back ’til I heard that, and the dodgy “support” from LT.
Most likely the spring (‘C’ version).
The Nazi (not-‘C’, haha) version has the tab, iirr.

That’s kewl, but did they ever say what the problem was? Or did they even get back to you?
I’ve only got a coupla LT Tools, so (thankfully) can’t say anything about support, or lack thereof.
Yes, they acknowledged there were some that had switch problems and BG did good by me, so no problems there.
Ohhh, I’m probably gonna hate myself tomorrow (especially for a pair…), but I’m really tempted.

Thank goodness they are sold. My resistance was wearing very thin even though I’m about broke. 
I know I wasn’t the only one either. 
I got flooded with pm's and knew they wouldn't last long 
I need to quit buying several more of the same lights when I first get one and then decide I need more. My collection is slowly starting to become more stable without too many repeats.

The lights and associated kit arrived safe and sound. Very well packed with a nice little extra light included. One will be going to my wife's aunt and husband and the other to a friend of mine that likes to hunt. He'll appreciate the water resistance and both will be blown away by 3500 lumens from a compact little light. I'll keep the zoomie. Think I may swap in a Luxeon V2 in it.
