I just received a L50 with a protected cell that is tripped. Is there any way to reset it?

I believe that some chargers will reset a tripped protected cell, but I don't know which ones.

Parallel it for a second with a non-tripped cell helps for me, no idea if that is a really bad thing to do.

Edit: just for my assurance:
so connect plus with plus, and connect minus with minus. Not the other way around, that is a direct short :confounded:
