Astrolux MF01 Mini and Astrolux EC03 are two very successful flashlights of Astrolux. This clip I would like to send you the basic differences between the two products. With a price difference of about $ 8 you will choose which product. Please share your choices for everyone to see. Wish you choose a flashlight that suits your needs.

Thanks for the side-by-side comparison. I hadn’t looked at the throw and didn’t think that the MF01 Mini would throw farther. I’m glad that I’ve got my MF01 Mini and see that I don’t really need the other as it doesn’t give me anything all that different (other than a colder tint).

Yes. I also prefer the MF01 Mini

I think it would be more appropriate to compare the EC01 (rather then the 03) with the MF01 Mini, since they have pretty much the same output stock (with SST20 4000K for the MF01 Mini). The price difference is more significant then.

The currently sold MF01mini still have a problem?

If so, the EC03 is a better solution.

Recent MF01 Mini lights have been reported to have a brass heat sink which is supposed to solve the early stepdown issue:

I ordered a black one, I hope it will be improved too.
Someone saw a comparison with the version:

Turbo lasts much longer?

I’ve got one of each and the MF01 Copper/Aluminum with the XP-L HI 5000K is the better deal. However the EC03 was much cheaper when both were bought with purchase codes.

MF01 Mini copper version has been upgraded. Better heat dissipation

Will you make a comparison of copper with the usual corrected?
