Astrolux EC03 stiff button click, defective button.

I have an issue with the EC03 in that the power button is extremely stiff. I have to feel for the actual pin or knob under the rubber and press it with my finger nail. After that the button press is fine and back to soft. Leave it for 10 minutes and its back to extremely stiff again?? Do I have to send this all the way back to Banggood???

I just recieved mine today and it seems fine. After reading your post I went ahead and switched it on an off a couple dozen times and still good. The button is nice and firm but not stiff. Maybe there is a problem with the one you recieved.

Will ask them to send a replacement switch. Too difficult to send all the way back to China. I know the risk involved in buying there.

Let us know how you resolve this. I’m curious to see what happens.

I’d rather use my flashlight around the house than turn on the lights.

You can buy a switch from sofirn and replace it. It’s the sp36 switch.

Thanks for the heads up. I tried that just now. Can’t find that replacement switch anywhere.
