I just popped in my local Aldi and they had these DP60 digital pillar drills reduced to £99 from £129 , my mother was with me and said she’d get it for me for Christmas, nice one ty mum, :+1:
When we got to the check out it scanned at just £79.99, bargain.
Worth checking your local in the UK if it’s of interest, first glance I’d say it’s a wicked bit of kit for that price.

I want one! I searched the web from in the states but this drill press doesn't come up in the results so far.
Personally I have no use for it, cause I have a drill stand for my powertool.
But I *oogled around a bit. It’s NOT for sale in Lidl-shops in NL.
Other shops sell them for €220 - €230. This really is a bargain!
Looks very similar to Bosch drill press that usually costs three times more.
I agree, the one I have seen in videos seem to be all but identical (apart from cosmetics and the handle)to the previous version of the one I have, mine is a newer model, minor changes I think.
Even the stickers with speeds etc are the same!
As to whether the internals are the same, I have no idea.
That’s not really a big surprise to me, as most powertools etc. are manufactured in China.
