there is also a ReyLight Copper Pineapple available, if you want a 10440 light… (not compatible w eneloop)

I use 10440 in the older versions.
Tools are my favorite also 
I have not heard if anyone has tried 10440 in the TiR Tool, but it has a mechanical switch, so Im guessing it will work (no experience). Dont know if the TiR can handle the heat…

10440 is not a good match
It will run single mode maximum until the cell drops below 3.8v, at which point the other two modes will work
also, the eSwitch requires that a battery be in the light for at least 30 minutes, before all the modes work… there is a capacitor that needs to charge up. (non issue except when the light was stored with no battery)

my TiR Tool is MLH with no memory, but I hear that changed… you may receive a version w memory…

I recommend the fully captive preon clip
but I prefer deep pocket carry regardless… imo when clipped, too much of the tail sticks out and the light can get flipped out of the pocket…
Anything that small and that easy to lose, I’d stick a long lanyard on it (necklace style, not wrist) and loop it through a belt-loop.
I get psychologically scarred if ever I lose something, so I try to not ever let that happen.
