The charging port cover on the Haikelite HK04 comes out by itself during use. UI is older and cannot be reset. There are many differences between Astrolux FT02S and HK04. Hope you can share your own views so that we can choose the most suitable product.

I agree. HK04 output, throw, and beam quality are better and I would assume the runtime is better. FT02S is not bad, it’s a little smaller, lighter, and maybe prettier. But beam quality is not great.
I have owned the hk04 sst40 for 6 months and I have the ft02s xhp50 on order now.
I did not buy the ft02s sst40, (even though I prefer the sst40 for this type of light), because beamshots I saw online of ft02s with sst40 look really bad.
I love my hk04- great battery life, SOLID build, anduril, charging, nice beam for a BUDGET 4xemitter light, holds turbo for a long time, nothing bad about the hk04 in my opinion. The charging port does pop out but doesn’t matter to me.
I only ordered the ft02s in xhp50 over the hk04 xhp50 because - a) the single battery aspect, it’s a little more convenient, and b) it’s a new light so I want to try it, plus it was on sale pretty cheap.
I’ll report back when I get the ft02s.

Also looks like the hk04 still has a nicer beam even with xhp50 in the ft02s… kindve wishing I would’ve just got the hk04 xhp50 now…
