Lights in the stick layout are pretty rare if you look for something in the more budget range that is still up to the task in terms of quality and technology. The Sofirn SF47T falls right into a sweet spot and is IMHO a great design:
Still my go to form factor for a thrower, haven’t got this particular one. Nice balance and grip, and should you need to fend off something, or someone it doubles up as a self defence item of sorts, like a truncheon.

There is something about this form factor… Those can lights are kind of useful at times but in the end they don’t do it for me. A stick with a tail switch is the time proven concept.
Does it need button top? I imagine so.
It comes with a rewrapped Lishen LR2170SD. If the cell is any longer or the pole more raised it might not fit anymore. Already the plus pole on one of the cells is dented in. If you have really flat cells you might use a very flat magnet for contact in between the cells.
