Hi, I am keen on getting a keychain light and considering the Fitorch K3. Anyone here hv this light? Care to share your thoughts on it?
UI:
On the main LED, you cycle through M-L-H in the first few seconds and than have it fixed. Also, when cycling through the LEDs, you’ll have activated UV light for a short time. People like me sensitive to UV really hate this. However, long press from off will get you safely to the main LED.
LEDs:
UV has a bright visible green light fraction which is disturbing, red is not deep red and appears a little too orange for me, main LED is CW. On my light, I replaced the main LED with a SST-20/4000K and the UV LED with a 219B sw45k.
Beam:
Due to the small reflectors, the hotspot widens up nicely. Actually like it. Even the SST-20 appears floody.
Extras:
Some. The voltage check blinks out one’s in green and 1/tenth in red. This is nice.
All in all, I found this light interesting, but it was not made for me. Even after the emitter swaps I don’t really use this light.

Have a look at the runtime diagram. It is regulated, but all of a suddon goes out, leaving you in the dark.
