when I try to send a private message, it comes out:
Enter the recipient, separate recipients with commas.
Enter a user name to write a message to a user.
Who are you trying to PM?
You need to put their exact user name in the "To:" field.

Do you have the “Enable private messages” checked in your personal profile, in “my account”?

Hi there, as a new user your account has private message limitations. Please continue to use BLF, and the limits will eventually be lifted.
