I have the Imax b6 charger for a long time but had not use the PC software unit yesterday but one thing I noticed is that the amperage jump around a little bit about 40 milliamperes which I found a little bit odd because on the display it does not show this but I have found that it takes a while for the amp meter to update but after using the PC software I understand why this is happening is because it is 100 milliamperes segments to me this is a little bit of a hindrance to me
The voltage screen is more of what I expect to see is a curve up in the charging mode and a curve down when discharging mode
But what I do like about this charger is the temperature sensor cutoff setting and it does stop charging if it hits the set point
The full screen setting is a little bit stupid to me because it does not let you set the screen size this could be a lot better
But overall the software is okay for what I am using it for
I buy a lot of surplus batteries that some time very close to there end of life
( and are heaters ) but I do not know this until I put it in my EBC Zetech 10 amp charger unfortunately this charger does not have a temperature cut off device on it but it is a much better battery tester as far as I am concerned
