Which of this 18650 for the powerbank/flashlight???

Hello everyone! I just acquired some 18650 batteries, kindly I would like a suggestion for their best use. They are 2 Samsung ICR 22F 2250mAh-4,4A and 4 Sanyo UR ZM2 2470mAh- 8A. I would like to keep the most powerful for the flashlights and at least 2 to be inserted in the power banks (where I do not need so much power).

1) What do you think of these 2 models?
2) In the powerbank (single cell) I was thinking of using Samsung

They Are Genuine, purchased from Nkon.com
Thank you in advance!

Wellp, you want more current for lights (which draw more), and more capacity for powerbanks (for more runtime).

So… yeah, 8A for the light.
