Hi everybody, I’m brand new here. I have a couple of dozen mag, coast, nebo etc but I stumbled on to the convoy s2 on YouTube and loved everything about it aside from the lack of built-in USB charging as I’m not interested in removing batteries for my next light.
I was hoping for a general edc with tail switch, warm 3-4500k, single 18650, 1000ish Lumens ,with a smooth clean finish and small form factor. I’m not one to play with modes. I like two modes,on or off but having tons of modes is not a deal breaker if I can program to turn on high from off with one click.
Basically I guess I’m looking for a s2+ with built-in USB charger.

Any suggestions?

I’m new here as well, but check out the wurkkos fc11. Side switch, but otherwise had you covered. Fc12 has a tail switch, but it’s pretty long.

I’ll second the FC11. It has memory, so you can pick low, medium, or high and leave it there for one click access. Double click for turbo mode. Hold from off for the lowest mode. USB C Charging, and a magnet in the tailcap to stick to stuff.

I do think there are some sofirn models with USB charging and tail switches. Not sure of the model numbers though.

Looks like I ignored most of my own criteria and ordered a sofirn if25. Lol. When I ready all about the kelvin adjustment options I couldn’t help it.
