Hello, it’s been awhile since I have posted. I am back though and excited to catch up with all the new technology and lights available (LEP!).
I recently picked up a Shenray 316 off Amazon on impulse. It’s a triple sst-20 14500 configuration. It has a brass sleeve to seal off the holes in the body to make it waterproof. It could easily take an 18350 but they are too short and the sleeve is too thick.
The one I received has green secondaries and a horrible UI. The host itself is awesome though. I can’t find anything about this light. Does anyone have any experience with these? I’m trying to decide whether to send it back or swap the driver for something else. It’s pretty bulky for a 14500 honestly.

Thank you! I have been around for a while. I learned enough here to start doing my own mods a few years back. Have always been a lurker. I finally have enough time now to get back into the hobby and spend some time messing with new lights.
So what did you end up doing? I just recently came across this light on Amazon… very interesting looking.
Would want to upgrade the UI based on what you said. The first review on Amazon said the same. Maybe that is your review? The wording there and here looked the same!
