Does anyone use one of these Personal Safety Lights? They seem to be aimed mostly at police and construction companies but, they initially look like a good solution for people wanting more visibility when out and about where distracted drivers in a parking lot can be an issue.
My gf uses a bike-taillight (5 red LEDs) with the belt-clip when jogging. I could use a KL02 if I needed to.
For construction, etc., yeah, a brighter light would probably be warranted.
Back in the day… I think it was Sofirn, not LITOM or anyone else… had these padlock-shaped clippy-lights with a ring of LEDs around a central pushbutton. Low, high, blink. Used to carry one on my bag ’til I leaned wrong and kicked it into strobe unbeknownst to me ’til I was getting off the bus. Talk about post-embarrassment. Pair of coin-cells, so really for “emergency” lighting unless you got a bunch of extra cells, but still quite handy.
