Include a Brilliant Red as one colour option to celebrate the next Lunar New Year!
This is gonna be way cool.
Interested.
They are interested to try out new finishing too. Will suggest this to them.
Why not four 21700? That would make the flashlight bigger and deliver more current to sustain the 20000 lumens longer. Also, it would allow a 6V configuration and using flat top cells.
Any idea what leds they will be using and if there will be a high CRI option?
I would suggest silvery teal as a color.

Glad I hesitated on ordering the EC06. I’ll wait to see this first.
I feel sorry for people who don't have a hobby or interest to escape to.
This looks more interesting than Astrolux EC06, especially if you already have either Q8 or Q8Pro, or Convoy 3×21a.90.2.
BTW, how this will new Astrolux MF01 3×21a differ from the Convoy of the same size, in addition to having 18 LEDs?
I’d love to see this in 2700k
Unlikely.
I’m interested in seeing this.
I wonder what LEDs will be used?
18x LEDs = SST20? (the first MF01 used XP-G3 / 219C ; the MF01S uses SST20)
What could be other LED options suitable?
Hope to see 18 sft40 or osram w2
Very interested!!

Any chance of a fully regulated driver?
I wouldn’t be surprised if Astrolux / Mateminco had a SFS80 option in this.

Verry interested!
My guess is SFT40, XHP50.3 HI or maybe even one of those new chinese LEDs. I’m pretty sure 3 21700s can push a lot more than 20k lumens.
Will it work with flat tops cause high drain button top 21700s are pretty much impossible to find in the UK and can’t be shipped either unless inside the light.
This should be good
3× 21700 battery
18W USB C charging and power bank function
Possibly 18x SFQ43 LED (not confirmed)
AUX LEDs
Not bad, interesting configuration.
I‘m also very interested!
MF01S 5.000K is great, but I miss the charging port.
I can’t imagine they will keep the same model number with such a drastic change in battery and LED configuration. Should at least be called an MF01+.
They already have a new model name for it but i chose not to reveal until it is ready for preorder.
Count me in
Any info on LEDs or driver?
