Modder needed

I need a modder to repair a older nitecore with the tube activation (not sure what it’s called) I had it repaired once by someone here but has since died. Anyone know who or if you are one please hit me up. If possible I’d like to upgrade it as well. Thanks

Describe the problem, and what repair was done last time. What brand of battery do you use?

suggestion, if you have not already:
Clean out all lubricant in the head, threads, and body tubes, and see if that solves the problem. I use isopropyl alcohol.

[image] The switch has very nice action, does not require excessive force. The size is small, and the weight is low, 69 grams w 16340. The ramping and output bear improvement because to ramp up it is almost not noticeable as the brightness changes, and the max output is just 75 lumens (no difference on LiIon vs CR123). First Impressions Nitecore EX10 Ti and EX11.2

It is a nitecore d10 piston drive as said above. I don’t have any pics at the moment. What was done was a driver swap and possible a emitter swap. The issue was that the post where the battery connects fell off. I soldered a new one on. Connection is good but it never worked correctly after that :/. It’s very “ finicky“ but it still works. I’d love a upgrade to newer driver and higher output led and more reliable if possible. Driver would need to use rechargeable 14500 and AA, but if I had to choose just one it would be the 14500. I will try to get some pics when I go to my shop tomorrow if I can remember. I’m not getting any younger.
