Do you plan to make other emitters available?

I’m all in for the 5,600lm sustained but at only 30kcd makes it not ideal for outdoor use. I’d much rather have lower max output and more usable throw like the manker MK38 with the SFT40 option. Maybe SFT70 or XHP.70.3 HI?

They could make a thrower version of this. X50v2 Pro with SFT40 with smooth reflectors.

In the Q&A section, I see "7. Can I use the X50 battery pack to DIY other products I need?". This suggests that it can be removed and thus, replaceable?

Eh, I don’t think the SFT40 would be appropriate.

However, the XHP50.3 HI or the GT FC30 on the other hand…

It looks like the USB port requires unscrewing the tail cap, which seems like a good improvement over the rubber flap port on the X50. A bit more awkward to access but more waterproof.

USB C Ports actually do not need any waterproofing at all (if it is a waterproof Version LOL

All the mobile phones which are waterproof have “unprotected” USB-C Ports.

Try contacting Acebeam through BLF PM.

If you're willing to do a review, or just post about the light that you received on BLF or social media, they might offer you a discount.

I don't know if you do reviews or are active on social media, but they might be able to help you out.

At least that's kinda what they've done in the past.

Sure, but dust/lint still gets into the port if uncovered. A bit annoying to clean it out.

Mine on the way. Will have it this coming Tuesday. Will compare it to my X50 and see what the difference is. Thanks Acebeam.
Got my X50 2.0. Must say it is definitely brighter more in the range 7000 lumens with about 80 meter farther throw.

I believe they allow the air pressure inside the flashlight to equalize with the atmosphere, when rapidly heated from use.

This hole is similar as a helium release valve, helium escape valve or gas escape valve is a feature found on some diving watches. The purpose of a helium escape valve is to allow the trapped helium molecules to safely vacate the flashlight case in a controlled manner before the built-up internal pressure reaches a point that risks damaging the flashlight. This is helpful for the X50 2.0 better to work well under water.
