RGBW LED Strip lights x4 - What controller?

I’m adding courtesy lights to a 21’ boat. I’d like to go full length of the gunwale by running 4 of these.

I’m struggling to find a controller I think would be reliable enough for a boat.

I have no interest in the bluetooth/phone app control.

Ideally I’d have 3 controls, power on/off (with memory), a button that cycle through colors, and a dimmer.

The 1 to 4 head here is pretty close. Seems like I might not need remote, and at least cheap enough to try. I don’t mind spending a lot more for reliability.

Any ideas?
