Who makes the Nitecore NL2150HPi-21700 battery?

Nitecore that seems to use a proprietary 21700 battery that is meant for their i4000r flashlight or F21i powerbank. The main quirk is that it seems to have + and - terminals on BOTH ends of the battery. Nitecore obviously isn’t producing these themselves, and they want $25+ per battery for replacements.

Mostly looking to see if I can source cheaper alternatives for the future to make it worthwhile.
