Kaidomain problem recently?

Has anyone had recent problems with orders from Kaidomain lately.
I ordered about$60 worth of hosts, drop-ins and assorted stuff right about 3 weeks ago.
The status says shipped, but the logistics company shows that it is waiting to receive the package.
I have contacted them through their online system a couple of times. First time was about 10 days ago.
I have not gotten any reply to either attempt. Has anyone heard of them having problems?
How long should I wait before contacting PayPal for a forced cancellation?

Any input or other experiences or suggestions are welcome.

I just bought a Jin Heng JKK76 from them recently, no issues. Hopefully it resolves soon for you, but may be an isolated incident.

I guess I was wondering whether they were on some kind of holiday or may one of the Chinese covid lockdowns again. But the lack of communication from their customer service is troubling.

Email customer service is terrible, they never respond.
There is a topic on kaidomain with all the complaints, maybe if you write there they will answer you… they replied to me after I wrote there.

There was a change to my order so I had a little communication with them, they responded pretty quickly to communication.
The account I was dealing with was: sales@kaidomain.com
It should be okay to list it here as it is a generic department. Maybe try communicating with that account if you haven’t already?

Thanks. But I looked for about 20 minutes and can’t find any section on their site for complaints or comments. Any hints?

I went ahead and sent an email to the address that you indicated.

I am just curious as to why the items would be labeled as “shipped” with tracking number and even a USPS number assigned. But never picked up.
I have an idea that they just lost it.

Now to figure out how to get their attention. I think I will give it a week, and then file a PayPal dispute.

I think this must be fairly normal for KD at this point. They’re just slow AF. I also am waiting on a parcel, the label was created 2 weeks ago but it basically hasn’t moved since then.

Last time I’m ordering from them. They’re not even the best prices anymore.

I placed a couple of orders maybe 3 months ago. They were a bit slow, but not this bad. Which is why I wondered if there was something specific going on.

You are right. Not that great pricing and lack of CS, may mean that it is best to just avoid them.

I had one order that literally sat for 1 month before shipping. Another order I placed a couple of weeks after that one arrived first- my guess is something in the first order was out of stock.

I did an order a couple of days ago and it was shipped within a day or two. The tracking has updated so it did actually ship that fast. I’ve done 5 or 6 orders now and they’ve all arrived and everything is very carefully packed. Just be patient – it should be okay, but you may get frustrated waiting. Wink

My last $15.15 order that I placed at the end of September took 3 weeks. I added some inexpensive items to my host order to make it just over $15 to get the free shipping.

I sent a message thru their website 11 days after I placed the order since the status said it was still processing, and I got response back the next day stating that the order was shipped.

The order came in the mail the same day as my Convoy order that I placed at the same time, so that’s pretty good.

You should be getting your order any day now. Since the status is shipped, it should be on its way. I’ve never had a no-show with any of my KD orders over the years, and I’ve placed many!

I’d rather use my flashlight around the house than turn on the lights.

I had to wait a month for them to ship a package I paid the express upcharge on last time. Customer service ignored me until the package had been shipped. At this point I consider it part of doing business with Kaidomain. They have some unique offerings and I’m prepared to wait.

I recently received a package from KD in 6 days via DHL express shipping. Free shipping takes 2-3 weeks in my experience.
