I would definitely skip the powertac. Fenix has great lights, but I would have a look at the acebeam e70 mini.

If not, I would say check Fenix lights.
For a more budget friendly light, check Wurkkos FC12.

Their support people have been good to work with when I have had to contact them a few times.

I have the original version of the PD-25. I’m not familiar with the new version, but if the new one is similar to the previous one, it’s probably a solid choice if you like what you see on paper. That’s an “if” though.
