Was a bit of a shortage for a while .. But recently became available again so I grabbed 8 more ..

Charged the batteries up and did a 1A discharge

I only did two batteries from the 8 , as some one recently asked if they were still good ?

cell 1 returned 2131mAh

cell 2 returned 2160mAh

This is @ 1A discharge , so looking good ...

Too broke to buy anything right now, but these look to be perfect contenders to use in AA lights.

Good to know that their current batch seems to be as good as previous ones.

Pitty their shipping is so high tho.

Cheaper, yes it is, but I was putting some AA and AAA's of theirs into cart couple of weeks ago and upon completing order realised that shipping is too expensive, so I passed even though I was so close to actually buying bunch of LSD's.

Hear me, HK? Your shipping is overpriced!

Allthough more expensive, Id rather get Eneloops locally and reclaim VAT if I must spend 60$ for necessary number of AA's. Spending 60$ when ordering batteries from China + risking of paying VAT fees at the post office when importing something that seller cant even mark as 10$ is too risky and might turn out too expensive, in the long run too.

I asked HK about marking total value 10$ when shipping my order and they said they cant do it, at least not for the first time customers.

I have placed over 10 orders with HK, at the check out it has a option to change the value declared on the package.

I'll go over there and have a look, but shipping is a deal breaker.

Also @ old4570, are these any better than eneloops?

Its for a RC car but it gives you the same option for anything I'm pretty sure.

Just tried putting ten in my cart, postage worked out to about $10, so overall it's still a good deal for me.
