What is everyones opinion of the protected 3400mAh 18650s from Fast Tech, they’re $19ish for two.

Tried the coupon, didn’t seem to work.
I just used it not too long ago earlier and bought some Panasonic 3100mah 18650 protected batteries and it worked.
