Since Wallbuys.com is fairly new to all of us, I thought it would be fair and constructive to rate our experience with their recent Christmas “crazy promotions” sale.
Please limit your responses to the Christmas Sale only. Both realtime and reservation orders apply.
This is NOT the place to criticize or praise the merchant. I’ll leave that for others to do on different threads.
This is an attempt to be fair and objective to all concerned. The facts should speak for themselves.

Items in New Condition: (yes or no) YES, but one of the two lights had some corrosion on the finish that may be poor workmanship from the manufacturer
Satisfied with overall buying experience: (yes or no) YES To be fair, it was a 50% off Xmas sale that may have overwhelmed their staff. 24 days is NOT the longest wait I’ve experienced. But I have real questions about how honest the communication has been during the course of this transaction, including the questionable thread posts on this forum. Overall, though, based upon my experience, I’d give it an “average” rating compared to other Chinese merchants.
