Just for sharing. This is how I secure my flashlight when I need it in a static position.
Articulating allows quick direction adjustment, and it can be mounted on tripod quick release plate as well.
Clamp has 1/4” and 3/8” screw thread in them. You can have one clamp on each end, and attach to shelving, table top, etc.
Setup shown
- 11” Articulating Magic Arm (aluminum alloy/stainless steel)
- Super clamp
cheap light stand that can be raise from 2m+ (depending on model)
Heavier flashlights will require a sturdier setup.
