Convoy makes a tough little light…My EDC carry a Convoy S5 in my right pocket w/ STAR flashed firmware (5 modes, H>L, w/ memory), and a Sipik SK68 in my left pocket (single mode)
Beautiful thing about the Convoy S2+, you can triple XP-G2 it, and NOT have to put in a spacer because it uses a short reflector in it

If you are in an environment that is boiling, the battery in your light might be the least of your worries 
I also believe max thermal range for Li Ion batts is 140C so 100C is pushing it but not in the realm of “too” hot
Flashlight with li-ion cell in boiling water is BAD idea!
