I thin you need to think twice your pricing policies. you are not showing the final cost of the product until the shipping cart, and that is very disappointing, to the point that I don’t care to read your sales mails anymore.
It is ok not to offer free shipping, but if I order 2 or more products, they must be included in the same package, at least to the weight limit allowed by the post office. But the way you do it is clearly a trick to show better prices than all other companies offering free shipping (until the final step of the shopping process, of course…)
