I've been watching out for any reliable test data on these new HE4's, this is all I've found so far.. Seems to be a true upgrade from the HE2.
The Aosibo cell HKJ just tested doesn't appear to be the HE4 based off this data.

You can get HE4’s though from Illumn.
I've got 'em now too.

About a week ago, but I didn't add them until yesterday.
Well I’m glad I refrained from putting my order so far… since the LD4B driver went OOS I lost the urgency to commit. lol. I’ll be picking up a few of these then I bet
