warmer for sure. Also looks like it has a bit mopre of a hot spot as compared to the protoytype. Any long distance difference to the naked eye between the two?

Visually they are not a lot different to me. The group buy is over so to get more we will have to wait until Lumintop is offering them in stores. No exact date is given yet.
