I noticed Nitecore also has a medium size light with the rotary switch/dimmer, in addition to their EC22 & MT22C:
A different dimmer wheel than EC22 / MT22C, maybe better.
The knurling on the wheel looks aggressive in this photo but milder / slightly different in all the other photos.
