Hi guys, I just buy this charger, I think is a good choice to charger the USB device with a single 18650, also, you can charge the 18650 via 110v, 220v and 12v DC with the wire adapter.

Bought in Ebay from a China seller, received in 13 days, China to Venezuela, I think that come very fast.

Very well made, the plastic housing look made it in a very good plastic.

I make a search and find that the brand of the charger is Huangao, from my search I can find that their build like 4 models of chargers.

Looks a lot like the ML-102 charger.

The ML-102 cant charge the battery from AC line…

yes it can, you just need a AC-USB adapter, like the ones that come with modern mobile phones, by chosing the “right” one you can chose the charging current.

Yes, but this one had this circuit inclued, you just have to plug it…

With the ML you need another device…
