My SC52 L2 definitely does. Not sure about other models, but it’s in the spec sheet listed on the right hand side under the output numbers:
SC53w does not officially support 14500, but it works fine with it and gives considerably higher output on 14500. I tested it. Only issue is when swapping between 14500 and 1.5v AA, you might need to unscrew and rescrew in the tailcap to reset the driver.
Fenix LD12 checks all your boxes. Their stuff is generally solid and well made.
