Does anyone know if these are any good?
They look well made... .... You can get (4) Panasonic Orbtronics for that, so the price is good.....
Considering there are no 3200 ma batteries on the market that is a bad deal.
Are they for resale or personal use ? For resale to sell at $3.00 to $4.00 they are ok…… For personal get good cells !
I guess its okay, the seller has good feedback and it’s a great price
EDIT: Here’s the 10-pack for $16.50
My GTL's function fine !!!
My GTL’s function fine !!!
I’m sure they do. But I’m also sure they don’t perform to specification. Unless you can test runtime and get a good idea of capacity and equality between cells, it’s a bad idea to run two of them in series in a flashlight. A single 18650 flashlight will probably function just fine, but I doubt it has anywhere near the capacity they claim, so runtime will be much less - up to 3x lower runtime over a 3100 Panasonic cell. You get what you pay for…mostly.

if something looks too good to be true…
…it probably is
They’re a waste of your time and money, don’t touch.
This particular seller I’ve hear is an alias of BuyInCoins, who’s received various reviews on this site:
http://BuyInCoins.com Pros: Have forums, reviews (well not many) Website seems to well designed (but see cons), has quick zoom, you can filter flashlights by various features Cheapish WF-501B with xenon lamps may be good if you just want a host 18650 holders 8 for $4.09 (their ebay store is better if they ship to you) Have a 10% off coupon although only valid 1 but you could probably create a new account or not even bother to create one Have a 5% discount if you input a recommender (my …
I just got 6 of the grey protected UltraFire 18650 2400mah batteries this Sat. One of them wouldn’t even charge to 1 volt on my multimeter even though it showed green on my Xtar chargers I have which is odd in itself. But I checked it on my multimeter and only got like .840 volts. I ended up filing a claim through paypal and got all of my money back. But there is no doubt in my mind that he is selling fake batteries.
