1xaaa Question maybe more

I'll throw in another vote for the Tank007 E09! (Now where's Kreisler? Laughing)

Mine is very bright, even when running on Alkaline cells. I have used it some with Li-ion cells as well; my main concern is that it doesn't take protected cells. I don't have any NiMh cells to test with though...

Some users have reported that their emitters are slightly off-center resulting in a different beam profile, but mine has been very nice. It has a warmer tint than my other typical cool-white lights. It's not quite a warm, but noticeably different; maybe a neutral tint? It has much better color rendering than any of my other lights.

When you have a couple of hours, read Kreisler's exhaustive write-up here...
