I agree RBD. Texans are pretty unique in many categories.

Those GloToob things are water-resistant flashlights with built-in diffuser, right?
At least I think that pretty well fits in “Must be a hand held light loosely classed as a flashlight”.
Maybe you need a detachable grip to make it “hand held”. 
I don’t know. The website does not really explain much. There must be a driver, since it has modes? There must be an led somewhere? I suspect one 3mm led in a plastic tube, with glow powder glue sprayed on the inside of the tube?
I would think that as long as it can be hand held, that it has a switch, a led, some type of optics, I guess it would be ok.

I’m in but like a lot of others here I have no idea on what to make. It would be best to put me in the loony bin class I think. I believe that there is a few here that could also be in this group. So we have normal member group. The Texan group and members like me group. Sorry about the mix up vestureofblood. I thought OL was a bit dry when he was looking for vb. I can vouch it is a top class brew.
If anyone has any ideas on what to build let me know. Thanks.
