Hmm, are you sure its only 1A x4 and 2A x2?
I dont have C9000 with me ATM, but will re-check later.
Haha Finally I went for the “Super Quick power battery charger AA/AAA/MH/Ni-Cd 2A 3A”
Why? It meets my requirements at minimum costs.
4 charging AA/AAA bays.
Independent charging
Auto cut off
Other requirements were not needed such as discharging cells etc…
EDIT:
Got this one at just under $5!

Please let us know how it works for you, any problems, etc., once you’ve been able to play with it for awhile.
I will for sure as it is you peeps that directed me to this potentially great deal
I read it somewhere and it quoted that two particular slots (maybe 1 & 3) could be used at the same time to give 2A on both slots … Can’t remember where I read it , I just put it at the back of my mind as I only use 1A on my AA Eneloops … Can’t remember where I read it and that’s annoying me … If I’m wrong or the article I read was wrong ; Sorry.
.
I know that I have charged 4 Eneloops at 2A charge rate.
Sysmax i4 has type of charging you described, except that its way less than 1A or 2A per slot.
