The BLF-GT will have “it’s” place for use, I suppose. I have two arriving soon. IMO, the GT is more novelty, must have, more than realistic necessity.

My interest in throwers has been a slow up-rising. I started in the EDC/single 18650 size throwers to get acquainted. Since then, I moved up to bigger/further throwing types, like the Maxtochs, EagTacs, AceBeams and such. I don’t “need” anymore flashlights realistically, however my lures in the beginning were AceBeams, Thrunites, NiWalkers and a few other choice lights. The lights themselves are expensive, the leading brands. So for me, it takes me a little more time to acquire “my wants”. I don’t do reviews, so I can’t get them cheaper in that respect. And I have other “wants/needs” that have been taking priority. That’s OK. I’ll get there. I’m not competing for picture posting proudness.

All my lights are modded by ME! And I get help from some of my friends like Richard RMM, Dale (DBcustoms), Neven, Jared, Simon Moa of Convoy and the guy that got me started Randy Brogden (PFlexPro) just to name a few……the only STOCK lights I own are soon to be Modded.

Due to my having a bum left hand, I won't attempt to modify another light. I went as far as buying new necessities, like new soldering station and whatnot.

I already BORKED brand new parts sent to me from Maxtoch to repair a M24 Sniper. So that needs fixing.

Sounds and looks like a beast

It is, just look at the sink on this thing! I filled the area around the LED stand with MG chemicals, thermal conductive epoxy, epoxy encapsulating potting, it was kind of over kill me thinks!
