Thrunite Catapult V6 $63.74

Nice one gman9^

I don’t think it’d be worth the trouble on the UV. In a tiny thermally-ignorant host like this and with only a 300mAh battery, it’s doubtful that it can actually see the claimed 700mW output (or if it does, that only lasts a few seconds I’ll bet, with output dropping off rapidly and the emitter derating just as fast). A nicer/better emitter isn’t going to help anything. It would be neat to craft a teeny ZWB2 filter for it, though!

This is a decent deal if you don't mind a keychain flashlight with a plastic body.

Bought one of these last time.
Pretty good little light.

It looks like Seeknite S11 / BORUiT Mini which was reviewed here: Seeknite S11 / BORUiT Mini ($14 Rovyvon Clone) mini review and comparison

Yup, I'm thinking it's the same thing with a different brand name.

Just received 2 of these. NICE https://www.amazon.com/FreeLionVon-Rechargeable-Flashlights-550Lumens-Searching/dp/B0946SPDJR

There are little soft plastic plugs covering screws on both ends. Looks like it can be disassembled…hopefully no glue.

Red needs a lower mode, UV has a lot of white/purple, but overall a nice light. Just needs a clip!!!

Might buy this just for the straps, then finally buy an acebeam h30, since IMO they’re too heavy for head wear.

$11.50

How do you get the coupon code? Can you post it here?
Thanks

You have to sign up for a Vipon account (it's free.)

I think each coupon code is different, so posting your code online will at most help only one other person (if you don't use the code.)

Ok, thank you

Thinking that I don’t want my house burned down and will stick with name brand surge protectors. This $11 one may be fine, but I’ve read some horror stories.

That’s what a bunch of folks said about those short cords a while back, but I’m loving the one I got. Bunch more stuff going on inside a surge protector than a cord, tho.

since we post about Keychain Lights, here is a Retractable Keychain for ~$6.

well, this is random and wonderful for ~$10.
yes, there are Christmas masquerade balls,
and it would take some to wear this:

Yea, this has no UL rating and it’s barely a surge protection. It’s vital to pay for high quality to protect even more expensive equipment. This ones for low power devices only.

Curious on your thoughts…would this be better than nothing or worse than nothing? I don’t really have any valuable electronics to protect, but for my 9 year old laptop, would you recommend using something like this? Or maybe because of the lack of UL rating, cheap construction, etc; stay far away?
