That’s what a bunch of folks said about those short cords a while back, but I’m loving the one I got. Bunch more stuff going on inside a surge protector than a cord, tho.
Yea, this has no UL rating and it’s barely a surge protection. It’s vital to pay for high quality to protect even more expensive equipment. This ones for low power devices only.
Curious on your thoughts…would this be better than nothing or worse than nothing? I don’t really have any valuable electronics to protect, but for my 9 year old laptop, would you recommend using something like this? Or maybe because of the lack of UL rating, cheap construction, etc; stay far away?
Not sure if you can still combine coupons, but I got a neat little cube of light for $12 using this vipon code plus the current 20% off Amazon coupon. Bonus, I ordered it after midnight ‘last night’, and it was on my doorstep when I got home this evening.

I used to give 3xAAA lights to my kids or use them around the house but 18650 & AA li ion lights are compact enough and more reliable. I won't throw any money on these now.
