after you log in go to proceed to checkout and pick put your bullet in Paypal(should be by default). At the bottom of the screen under your item should be discount codes button you just need to click it and past the code and click apply code.

I am updating this because Jane from TinyDeal has been doing her best to resolve this issue.
Now I am having the same problem with BangGood which Neil is working on fixing.

Jane sent me a form, which i filled out and it looks like my second order is in process.
She offered the first order (1 flashlight) free if I did a review, which I will when/if it arrives.
A lot of work by me for a $10 flashlight!

UPDATE: Looks like my lights are on the way from TinyDeal.

The payment problems are with Paypal and GlobalCollect, neither which are willing to fix the problems caused by their automated payment systems. UPDATE: GlobalCollect, after their initial we don’t give a *&^% email actually looked into the problem and offered a solution.

Unfortunately in these cases you have one huge, arrogant company who does not care, (they basically told me that’s the way it is and to $&^% off) and the other is an unknown who said it is a TinyDeal problem which seems strange since I am having the same problem at Banggood’s site. UPDATE: It is a seller problem, but neither seller knows how to, or is willing to, unblock a credit card.

The merchants, in this case TinyDeal and Banggood, have access to this tool, in order to unblock your credit card.
This action needs to be made by them, because GlobalCollect doesn’t have any access to that tool.

Tried to order 6 times over a 4 day period.
Tried with my US Visa card. Some BS about my IP address not agreeing with my country.
This is a flaw in TinyDeals security programming. It needs to be fixed.
Funny since I was using my VPN which showed me in Cleveland. Did reverse IP and traceroute to confirm.
Cleared cookies and cache and tried again with a Mastercard. Same result.

Since I live outside the US I can’t use my US Paypal account to pay for this. Paypal rule, but easy to get around except TinyDeal.
I tried. I even emailed TinyDeal and explained. They told me use Western Union or to read their FAQ’s.
Please read TinyDeal’s useless FAQ’s and find a solution for my not being able to pay.
They refunded my money when I put my credit card billing address which is here in Mexico in the Paypal note.
I called GlobalCollect which processes their credit card orders. Asked why my credit card wasn’t accepted.
They said info probably did not match and my bank refused the charge. WRONG . . . here’s why.
I tried 2 different credit cards, using exactly the same info I always use (I copy and paste from my PIM).
Called my banks. They both said no charges were attempted on my cards.

GlobalCollect said after failing a credit card attempt I had to wait 24 hours to try again.
Never said try a different card. TinyDeal had no idea of this restriction.
TinyDeal voids your order after 24 hours so you have to start again.
You can’t pay an order you placed any other way.
It always takes you back to the same payment type. No choice. Bad programing.

People who live and bank in 1 country they can handle.
Anyone not of the herd they can’t.

I’d say they will never get any of my business, but that’s obvious. I can’t order from them.
They aren’t set up to handle international business.
(Hopefully Jane is changing this. They now have a form to sell to customers such as myself)
By that I mean people who live in multiple countries and bank in multiple other countries.
There are a lot of us and the percentage is growing every year.
People were citizens of the word until the 17th century. No national citizenship.
Lot’s are escaping the national chains again. Govts don’t like that.

Reasons why my bank country and physical location differ and why I have 3 passports.
Never bank in the country where you live, except for a small balance you can afford to lose.
A corrupt government (are there any other kind any more? Hmm, Canada, Scandinavia maybe?) can, and often have, stolen people’s money for whatever reason they like.
Same reason not to own real estate in your name. Rent or use a foreign entity.
They have also been known to revoke or refuse to renew a passport for no valid/moral/legal reason.
I have never had any problems, but know others, such as political activists, who have.

For a company who is polling and trying to gain business isn’t it rather senseless to not be able to sell
to someone?
I hope the owner of TinyDeal reads and responds to this, but I doubt they really give a *&%.
UPDATE: I am GLAD I was wrong. It gave TinyDeal a chance to show they can solve a very difficult problem.
I’m impressed that it got solved even with the language barrier.

I was curious so I checked how many places I have ordered from in the last 2 months without problems.
AmazonX17, eBayX5(using Paypal), Gearbest(Paypal), AliexpressX8, NeweggX3 and NeweggflashX4, MiniintheBox, CellPhoneShop, Lightmalls(Paypal), cnqualitygoods(Paypal), TMart, MyLED .

If they can get it right . . . . why can’t TinyDeal? UPDATE: Paypal and GlobalCollect are partly why.
GlobalCollect are simply uncaring, lazy and/or incompetent and don’t train the sellers(Maybe).
Paypal threaten’s and bans sellers who don’t do things EXACTLY as they specify.
Google “Paypal Sucks” or “Paypal scams” to read about Paypal’s immoral (may be illegal. It’s in court now) tactics

Were you actually using a Rewards type of card? A month ago I couldn't place an order using it because the vendor was not located in the United States. I spent hours on the phone until someone with the Rewards program figured out what was wrong.

Received yesterday. But …
