well i was all set to do a test order for the 8000 and 8200 mah 32650 cells on ebay.
when i asked sellers if the capacity was verified they stated that the capacity was provided by the mfr.
and when i told them that i would verify the capacity when the cells arrive both cancelled the order.
so dont bother with them.
the seller actions confirmed my suspicion.
skip the 32650.
maybe in a few more years things will improve.
or they will disappear.

a trick i am using on lights i am not trying to drive in ludicrous mode is to use the thermal pads that come off of certain plasma tv boards.
i knew i saved these for a reason.
seems to come in stacked layers that you can separate.
use a thickness that allows slight compression when assembled.
transfers heat decently without cutting a shim to get contact.
this stuff is no doubt available from digikey,mouser,ect.
