In NL these Varta’s are often sold in hardware stores. The output is considerably higher that that of a C01. That can be fixed by swapping the big (not smd but real) resistor on the PCB. But only IF you are able to open the light without damaging the rubber “bezel”.
Yes output is higher and battery life is relatively short, about 3-4 hours
I purchased 100pcs for my store to gift to customers and they are the perfect stiffness imo. Far better than the head unscrewing and losing it.
