Could this be used to program the firmware to an Attiny on a driver since it has the breakout headers?

Or do you recommend going thru an Arduino?

As I am not in the US, I can’t see ebay links that don’t sell outside US (or I don’t know another reason, they don’t work for me).
I used this and that

for the soic8 clip, you have to rewire it, and the ribbon was even backward (the red wire was not on the 1st pin) but on that page you can see how to rewire it

I used extreme burner avr that even installed the drivers for the USBASP, it can read and erase fine but give an error on writting. Avrdude write fine.
