I’m curious about this, because it looks almost exactly the same as the dual-LED version of the Boruit EHL0628 headlamp (review of the single-LED version here: Boruit Headlamp Review D10 (aka. EHL0628) - King of the Budget Headlamps?)
(the charging design looks the same, even the headstrap color looks the same; and the pre-order price is almost similar to the price of the Boruit one)
The Boruit product page mentions “L2 beads” (probably mean ‘LEDs’), but doesn’t specifically say “XP-L2” whereas the Xanes one does.
The Banggood Xanes model’s picture of the LED doesn’t seem clear enough to identify if it’s really XP-L2 or not (and it does not indicate “Cree”).
It’s possible there’s an OEM manufacturer for the same type of headlamp/headstrap though…
