Hey Hey. Current status is I’ve made 47 heatsinks and am finishing up the brass buttons and retention rings today. This should be enough for everyone who’s said they want one, and a few extras.

@Tooreal: yes polycarbonate is projectile proof glass. I’ve shot a 3/8” thick piece before with .22lr and it stopped and retained the bullet no problem. 1.25” is rated to stop .44 magnum.

Can I still be good if I make them with a cnc machine? :smiley:

I really think if you make a really short pill for the S2+ like this one, it would sell. Well maybe…

Sorry, I had to hack one of yours down. Allows for use of the S2 SMO reflector. Best EDC I have.

@WillyD: I probably wont be making more heatsinks for a while. Instead I’ll be making complete lights and hosts.

All is done in this run except for the brass buttons. I have to buy some more brass rod tomorrow to finish those.

Thanks! Hmm… I suppose I will have to do a quick batch run of those after I finish my scratch build contest light. There have been a lot of requests for them. I may tighten up the pockets a bit and add more screws to the design as well.

:slight_smile: Probably so. First will be a 26650 quad khatod toober, then a shorty ML25LT. I have not decided what will come after that as far as hosts.
