I just recieved a molicel p26A from 18650uk , I chose the free postage that’s suppose to take 2-3 days but it arrived the next day 
, I’v noticed the D4 steps down a bit sooner with the p26A compared to a 30Q which is good because the output is slightly brighter according to my lux meter app.
According to my skyrcmc3000 the IR of the 30Q’s are 28 & the molicel P26 is 17.
Update,went with the Sony 18650 VTC6 and a Molicel P26A bot arrived in good time, happy with purchase.
the VTC6 seems to last a good while, whilst the Molicell has a slghtly bigger ‘kick’
Even managed to set fire to some old newspaper ( as opposed to burn a few holes in it )
